• Project Management Training Module: TMG developed a comprehensive training module combining project management fundamentals with the technical requirements of the CMF. This module was designed to provide practical skills and knowledge to Glencore teams for consistent application of the framework.
• Collaboration with SMEs: TMG worked closely with Glencore’s subject matter experts to refine the training content, ensuring it was relevant to Glencore’s specific operational environment and aligned with company standards.
• Knowledge Transfer and Delivery Flexibility: Adjustments to the delivery timeline were made to accommodate extended SME consultations, ensuring the training program met Glencore’s expectations and operational needs without compromising quality.

The CMF Project Management Training delivered by TMG provided Glencore with a tailored solution for improving consistency and efficiency in project execution:

• Training Program Delivery: Despite a 3–4 week schedule adjustment for additional SME input, the program was approved and scheduled for delivery in mid‑June 2024.
• Improved CMF Rollout: The training is expected to significantly enhance Glencore’s ability to apply the CMF in managing projects, resulting in improved governance and consistency across operations.
